Tuhiirwe Sharon Tumushabe
With over 11 years of experience in investment advisory, Sharon has held key roles, including Vice President Advisory at XENO Investment Management and positions at STANLIB. Currently, she heads the team at Legacy Hills Investments that does investment advisory.
David Sajjabi
He holds an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Makerere University. With over three decades of experience, he has held significant positions including Director of the Financial Markets Department at the Bank of Uganda, where he managed critical divisions such as the interbank money market and government securities market.
Francis F. Tusubira
PhD, MIEE, FUIPE, CEngDr. Francis F. Tusubira is a partner at Knowledge Consulting Ltd. With over 30 years of distinguished leadership and consultancy experience in communication policy, regulation, and technology, with a special focus on ICT for development in Africa. Dr. Tusubira has served as the Chair of the National Information Technology Agency-Uganda (NITA-U) and as CEO of the UbuntuNet Alliance.
Eng. Anne Nankanja Gitta
Eng. Anne Nankanja Gitta has served on multiple Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) governing committees and chaired the Eskom staff provident fund for about ten years. The UIPE Jinja branch chairperson for the preceding two years. She also serves as Eskom Uganda Head of Civil Engineering. Her knowledge and strategic judgement are crucial.
Joseph Tinkamayire
Joseph Tinkamayire, a seasoned marketing professional with over three decades of experience in international corporates, brings invaluable expertise to Legacy Hills Investments. His illustrious career includes pivotal roles such as CEO of TJ Business Links Uganda, Business Development Consultant with Toyota Tsusho East Africa and General Manager — Sales and Marketing at Toyota Uganda Ltd.
Rachel Nsiyona Lutalo Kyobe
Rachel is a seasoned legislative drafting and nuclear energy law expert, brings over 15 years of experience to Legacy Hills Investments. With a legal background from Sydney Law School, T.M.C Asser Institute, Hague, Netherlands and the University of Montpelier, she currently serves as the managing Partner at N&N Advocates handling both corporate and commercial law matters.
Mark Sam Luswata
CISA, CISM, CAMS, CDMMark Sam Luswata, with close to two decades, serves as the Head (General Manager) of Internal Control at Airtel Money Africa. He has held key roles at Airtel Money Africa and MTN Group Fintech, showcasing expertise in risk management, fintech, and compliance. With a Master’s in Financial Services and a Bachelor’s in Computing, Mark brings invaluable skills to the board, ensuring effective governance and strategic direction.
Alan Lwetabe
CFA & CAIAAlan is a seasoned investment professional, venture builder and fund manager. With a distinguished career spanning about 19 years, including roles such as Director Investments at the Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda (DPF), Asst Director and Portfolio manager at Bank of Uganda and Credit Analyst at Stanbic Bank, he has a deep understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, corporate governance and investment entrepreneurship.
